Work starting on LGS Innovations facility in High Point

Winston-Salem’s Landmark Builders of the Triad has started work on a more than $200,000 retrofit of a High Point building for a company looking to relocate from McLeansville.

The 54,356-square-foot facility at 4090 Premier Drive in High Point is part of the former Ciba Specialty Chemicals campus near Premier and Eastchester Drives. In August, it will be home to LGS Innovations, an independent subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent and a communications contractor for the federal government.
