LGS INNOVATIONS NAMED ONE OF WASHINGTON POST “TOP WORKPLACES” FOR 2016
HERNDON, Va. — June 20, 2016 — LGS Innovations announced today it has been named as a 2016 Top Workplace by the Washington Post. In its third annual survey, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list spotlights private, public, nonprofit, and government agencies with the highest ratings from their employees in a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics.
“At LGS Innovations we see our greatest asset as the creative, intelligent, and committed people who make up our team,” said Kevin Kelly, CEO of LGS Innovations. “We are honored to receive a Top Workplaces award from the Washington Post – it is truly a testament to our talented employees whose contributions lead to the mission success of our customers as well as the entrepreneurial, innovative culture that drives LGS.”
The Top Workplaces survey addressed the Washington, DC-area workforce, and award rankings were determined based solely on employee feedback on areas including employee growth opportunities, benefits, workplace culture, and more. The results showed that, compared to the “2016 Information Technology Benchmarks” set forth in the survey, LGS employees were particularly pleased with how meaningful their work is, pay and benefits, company direction, and the company’s strong values and ethics.
A total of 150 companies were awarded the Top Workplaces honor at a celebration on Thursday, June 16 at The Washington Post. In addition, LGS Innovations was featured in a special section of The Washington Post on Sunday, June 19.
