LGS Innovations will move 110 employees from its current facility in McLeansville to one of the former Ciba Specialty Chemicals buildings at Premier Drive and N.C. 68. The company will relocate to the nearly 55,000-square-foot building that has been vacant since Ciba shut down locally in 2009. Another former Ciba facility in Piedmont Centre is occupied by a separate business.
LGS Innovations will relocate to the new High Point facility within the next four months, said Loren Hill, president of the High Point Economic Development Corp.
