We provide a full portfolio of services to help simplify management of your video teleconferencing network, from planning and design to implementation and operation. We designate a project manager and a design engineer as your single point of contact with us and other vendors. From contract signing to test acceptance, your contact will coordinate the design, integration, start-up and testing of a videoconferencing solution.

In addition, our staff maintains security clearances up to TS-SCI. We have integrated numerous secure rooms on the DVS-G network using government-supplied encryption devices. Additionally, LGS has developed a DISA approved hardware/software solution for VTC systems operating on the DVS-II network. This system allows the user to switch between networks from a centralized control panel using a sequenced checklist, enabling VTC systems to be utilized in both secure and non-secure modes without compromising the integrity of the secure network. This system has been tested by the DISN Video Services Lab and approved for use in VTC systems on the DVS-II network.

The LGS Custom Software & Video Solutions team has a services arm that is trained in the troubleshooting and repair of more than one hundred different equipment components used in video teleconferencing systems. Custom video facilities contain components by a number of leading video equipment manufacturers.  In order to expedite maintenance calls and reduce down time for customers, LGS’s Corporate Service Support Centers (SSC) throughout the country are used as depot facilities for key spare components under the management of the LGS Custom Software & Video Solutions team. This allows maintenance technicians to report to the job site and quite often be able to carry a replacement part on the initial trip which eliminates out of service time at the facility. LGS provides the following customer services:

The LGS Custom Software & Video Solutions services team also provides the following onsite call-out services.

• Business Day: LGS provides hotline support 0700 Hrs to 1900 Hrs EST/EDST Monday through Friday via a toll free 1-800 # with an onsite response time of 4 hours for a major outage and 24 hours for a minor outage. Field Support technicians (onsite) are available from 0700 Hrs to 1700 Hrs local time.
• Out-of-Hours: LGS provides onsite out-of-hours maintenance support as required by the Government.  LGS is available to support all customers during the periods 1900 Hrs to 0700 Hrs Monday through Friday, weekends, and holidays. All out-of-hours must be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer and/or the COR.
