LGS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent’s North American
operations, acting as the sole sales and contracting channel for all business
transacted with any U.S. Federal Government agencies and departments, both
military and civilian, classified and unclassified. LGS has a Special Security
Agreement (SSA) with the U.S. Government and is governed by a Board of
Directors, with a majority of outside members. The LGS Board includes three
outside directors, two inside director from Alcatel-Lucent and one internal
Director from LGS.
The outside directors include three respected and distinguished members
of the national security community, approved by the U.S. Government. They
are:

Board)

Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, U.S. Air Force (Ret.), former director
of the National Security Agency

Dr. H. Lee Buchanan, former Assistant Secretary of Navy (Research,
Development & Acquisition)
