LGS Innovations considers customer satisfaction to be a primary measure of our success as an organization.  We use it to measure how well we’re meeting customer expectations, to identify improvement opportunities, and to take corrective actions when necessary.  Our Customer Satisfaction Program includes quarterly and on-demand Web-based surveys, results analysis, and preventative/corrective action management.  Results speak for themselves, and LGS Innovations has met or exceeded our customer satisfaction targets for the last five years.
