Army Southwest Asia (SWA) Commercialization Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

This Blanket Purchase Agreement was awarded to LGS Innovations by the U.S. Army to assist the Project Manager Network Service Center (PM NSC) and the Project Director Defense Communication Systems-Southwest Asia (PD DCS-SWA) in their missions within Southwest Asia Theater of Operations, as well as various CONUS locations to support the DCS-SWA Command and Control Communications Center (C4) Commercialization effort. The supplies and services to be acquired are telecommunications solution sets; strategic telecommunications systems and infrastructure to provide Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization (I3MP) to the SWA Area of Responsibility (AOR). This effort includes technical and program management and analysis, acquisition, engineering, installation, de-installation, relocation, refurbishment, integration, testing, logistical services, training, and authority to purchase any materials required to support these tasks. These requirements include, but are not limited to, Technical Control Facilities (TCF), Wireless Technologies, Outside Plant (OSP), Inside Plant (ISP) and OSP/ISP Building Entrance Terminals (BET), Cross Connects, Premise Wiring, Data Stacks, TLA Stacks, Data and Voice Solutions.
