Our heritage includes a long history of engagement in corporate social responsibility; these achievements have been recognized by the most prestigious sustainability indexes including the Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI), FTSE4Good index, and the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. LGS Innovations continues this tradition with our dedication to ethics and compliance, environmental awareness and community involvement.

• Ethics and Compliance: We insist that employees and business partners act with integrity and respect the law and industry regulations wherever they do business. • Environmental Awareness: Working with Bell Labs, we are committed to reducing power consumption and the ecological footprint of innovative communications equipment. Bell Labs is a founding member of Green Touch, a global consortium dedicated to increasing communication component network energy efficiency by a factor of 1,000 from current levels. At LGS Innovations, “being green” is an integral part of our products, solutions and culture. We recognize that the battle against climate change is not just part of our commitment to act as a socially responsible corporation. Our success depends on our ability to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases – our own, the industry's and that of other economic sectors. To that end, our Energy Efficiency solution area includes offerings that support our customers’ sustainability initiatives.
• Community Involvement: LGS Innovations is more than just a company; we are members of the communities in which we conduct our work. Therefore, we are committed to being active, engaged participants in society. We work with organizations such as the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) in activities ranging from granting scholarships to purchase school supplies in Guam to greeting troops returning to U.S. soil. Whether sponsoring a high school robotics club or playing golf to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project, LGS Innovations employees recognize the importance of helping others.
