Thomas R. Suher

Thomas R. Suher serves as general counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for LGS Innovations, where he provides legal advice to the company and represents its business interests. With the support of the full legal team, this spans a full range of legal services including litigation, investigations, transactional work, and advising on legal aspects of the company’s operations. He is also the lead for all aspects of LGS’s compliance program, particularly implementing, training, and enforcing the requirements for conducting ethical business with the U.S. Government.

Mr. Suher’s experience dates back to his role as corporate counsel to AT&T. His roles at AT&T included legal counsel for its U.S. Federal Government business, regional counsel for the Europe and Middle East Region, and its sales and procurement organizations. Mr. Suher became lead counsel for the U.S. Federal Government business of Lucent Technologies upon its formation, and continued in that role for seven years before engaging in private practice.

Mr. Suher holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and New York, and before all levels of federal courts.
