Kathleen Cowles

Kathleen Cowles serves as the Director, Corporate and Government Affairs for LGS Innovations. With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and government contracting, Ms. Cowles ensures LGS Innovations products, services and solutions are addressing each administration’s policies and priorities.  She also facilitates interactions between LGS Innovations and its customers, strategic partners, industry associations, and contacts in the executive and legislative branches of the U.S. Government to determine how the company’s commercial technologies can best respond to evolving government initiatives.

Ms. Cowles has an extensive background working for the U.S. Federal Government, including positions with the U.S. Department of State, Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce and USAID. Her tenure with LGS Innovations and its legacy companies extends more than 20 years, with time spent at Western Electric, AT&T International, AT&T Network Systems, Digital Equipment Hungary, and Lucent Technologies.

Ms. Cowles holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland.
