Debra Pfaff
Debra B. Pfaff is the Chief Financial Officer for LGS Innovations. She establishes and monitors financial objectives in support of the company’s strategic initiatives to solve the U.S. Federal Government’s networking and communications challenges. Her responsibilities include accounting research, policy and strategy development, process design, analysis and reporting of financial results, and providing financial controls for the company. Ms. Pfaff also establishes financial structure and competitive rates for bids, and ensures that all LGS Innovations processes and tools are compliant with applicable regulations.
In the course of her duties, Ms. Pfaff works with all LGS Innovations customers and interfaces regularly with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), as well as with Alcatel-Lucent’s auditing department.
With more than 25 years of U.S. Federal Government contracting experience, Ms. Pfaff has extensive knowledge of the systems, controls and strategies required to meet the challenges of government contracting, with specific expertise in Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and the Truth in Negotiation Act (TINA). Her career with LGS Innovations and its legacy companies spans 30 years, beginning with Lucent Technologies where she gained experience with pricing strategies for international bids.
Ms. Pfaff holds a B.S. in Business Management from Guilford College.
