Ronald W. Iverson
Lt. Gen. Ronald W. Iverson (RET) is the Chief Executive Officer of LGS Innovations. He guides the company to support its vision to be The Network Experts, creating and delivering secure, innovative communications and networking technology to the U.S. Federal Government to help its customers address their communications challenges and meet their mission requirements.
Lt. Gen. Iverson joined Lucent Technologies in June 2006 as Vice President for Special Projects, Bell Labs, where he was responsible for managing the formation of LGS Innovations during the Alcatel-Lucent merger process and review with the U.S. Government. He also represented Lucent Technologies in its outreach to U.S. Federal Government customers in support of business development and marketing.
Prior to Lucent Technologies, Lt. Gen. Iverson was an Executive Account Manager for Air Force and Joint Systems with Northrop Grumman and was in the Department of Defense Senior Executive Service as the Deputy Director for Industrial Security.
A career military officer, Lt. Gen. Iverson retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1997, after 32 years of active commissioned service to the nation. On his final tour of duty, he served as the 7th Air Force Commander and Deputy Commander of
Lt. Gen. Iverson received a B.S. from the University of Idaho in Agricultural Economics and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Fighter Weapons School, Nellis AFB, Nev. He graduated from the National War College, Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C. and also attended the Program for National and International Security, John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
